Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for use of the Japan-Vietnam business matching platform "Linkaa" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by Pixel Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). All registered users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

In these Terms, "User" refers to an individual or corporation registered with the Service. "Company Page" refers to a company information page created and published by a User on the Service. "Business Board" refers to the bulletin board feature where Users post business inquiries and project information.

Those wishing to use the Service shall register as a User through the method prescribed by the Company. Users must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. If false information is discovered, the Company may suspend or delete the account.

The Service provides automatic AI translation features. While we strive for the best quality, we do not guarantee complete accuracy of translations. For important contracts or legal documents, we recommend verification by a professional translator.

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service: - Activities that violate laws or public order - Registering false company information - Harassment or nuisance behavior toward other Users - Activities that interfere with Service operations - Infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights - Spam posts or automated bot operations - Commercial use of the Service without prior consent from the Company

Copyright of content posted by Users (company information, news articles, Business Board posts, etc.) belongs to the User. However, the Company shall have the right to use such content (including translation, display, and distribution) for the provision, improvement, and promotion of the Service.

The Company bears no responsibility for transactions between Users conducted through the Service. The Company is also not liable for damages arising from interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms shall take effect upon display on the Service. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Kobe District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to the Service.
